  • Step 1: Choose

    We offer a simple breakdown of all of our ingredients, benefits, and customization options to help introduce you into the world of TCM. New to TCM? Don’t worry, our soups contain modern ingredients that are nutritious, delicious, and don’t have strong herbal tastes!

  • Step 2: customize

    All of our soup mixes can be made in an Instant Pot or stovetop pot by adding 10-12 cups of water. If you’d like to add more flavor to your soup, add your choice of protein and veggies. You have the option to receive either a digital or physical copy of recipes for each mix.

  • Step 3: Cook

    All of our soup mixes can be made using a stovetop pot (simmer for 1.5-2 hours) If you’re in a hurry, you can put all the ingredients into an Instant Pot or pressure cooker, and cook in on high pressure for 45 minutes.

  • Step 4: Taste

    Once the soup is ready, taste and season with salt or sugar (depending on the mix) to your liking.

  • Step 5: consume

    Our soups can be consumed as an addition to your meal. We recommend pairing with rice or noodles and one protein and veggie dish for a balanced meal. All of our mixes create about 4-5 servings of soup.
